About Me


I am a PhD student in the field of Recommender Systems under supervision of Prof. Paolo Cremonesi at the Department of Electronics, Information and Bioengineering (DEIB) of Politecnico di Milano in Milan, Italy. Since May 2017, I am a visiting researcher in the Department of Computational Perception at Johannes Kepler University Linz (JKU), Austria under co-supervision of Prof. Markus Schedl. My Phd topic is about “Recommender Systems of Multimedia Content using Low-Level Audio-Visual Features”.

I am also involved in organizing the ACM Recommender Systems Challenge 2017 as part of the ACM conference on Recommender Systems (RecSys 2017). 

My main research interests include:

  • recommender systems
  • multimedia/information retrieval
  • video content analysis 
  • statistics/machine learning.
